Current processing time for normal (not custom or made-to-order) orders is 1-3 days. Tracking information will be emailed to the email address provided.
** MADE-TO-ORDER
I have some pieces that are available as made-to-order. These pieces will be similar to the product photo in its listing, but each one is handmade and unique. These already have a design in mind, so they differ from custom pieces, but they are made-to-order because I don't have one already made ready to ship.
Please allow an additional 7 days for processing made-to-order pieces. Processing time may vary depending on volume of orders, queue of custom pieces, etc.
** CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom orders are commissioned pieces that are made specifically for you with your design input.
Current customs in progress:
Custom orders will generally be finished in the order they came. A smaller order may be finished faster than a larger one.
Custom order times:
Custom order times range wildly and I won't be able to give you an estimate until we discuss your order. Some might take 3 days from start to finish while some could take 3 months.
Factors that influence time it takes:
- How many customs I already have queued - you can purchase rush
- If I need to pick up any materials
- How many items/size of order
- Domestic v international shipping times (I'm in the USA)
