Refunds & Exchanges
- Items can be exchanged or returned for store credit if they are returned in their original condition within 14 days. No refunds.

Customs
- Custom items are made for you - they cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. Payment is due upfront. Your order can be refunded until I start working on your order. At that point it is nonrefundable.
