Shipping & Processing

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (not including custom orders). All orders come with tracking - sometimes tracking updates are delayed. Please allow time for info to update.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Items can be exchanged or returned for store credit if they are returned in their original condition within 14 days. No refunds.

  • Sale/discounted items are final sale.

  • Custom items are made for you - they cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. Payment is due upfront. Your order can be refunded until I start working on your order. At that point it is nonrefundable.
